REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
2. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@minoreva.com. Because we operate multiple return facilities to process items efficiently, our team will provide you with the correct return address and specific instructions based on your location and the item purchased. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. This includes personal care goods (such as beauty and intimate wellness products) that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items expressly marked as "Final Sale".
6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds Process We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@minoreva.com.
